Find your true value in my new book

In my new book I focus on empowering the way you value yourself . “Aim for the Bakery or settle for the crumbs. Unlocking the formula to your empowered self” offers insights on how to find and cultivate your personal needs. Allow me to share some of the contents with you.

Outer and inner value

“If there can be one common denominator that stands above the rest, it is that everybody is looking for acceptance or approval by someone or something.

When you think about Snow White, you think about this beautiful princess living in a palace with everything going for her and short of nothing right?

The snow-white inside was, however, filled with an avalanche of deep-rooted emotions, insecurities, lack of belonging, and rejection. What she reflected on the outside, her beauty, and flawless looks, did not match what was on the inside.”

Your outer-self does not reflect your inner-self. Life’s not about portraying success and happiness. It is not about having the validation of others looking in at you. You are the one that must live your life everyday. Make it a pleasant one.

Building your self image

“We look at mirrors around us almost every day. Seeking validation in and from people, acceptance from the popular group, and approval from those around us, yet we never look inside.

Are you, therefore, battling with “Snow White” symptoms?

You’re not good enough.

You’re a people pleaser by nature.

When you look at the mirror do not ask for validation.

Let validation look back at you. Let self-love smile at you.

How many cumulative hours are you investing in others, but none to yourself?

Self-love and romance start with you taking ownership of your time with yourself.

Become accountable to yourself. You have only this one life!

Challenge yourself to start making “you” your best friend!

Understanding your dynamic with yourself, allows you to create an even bigger landscape of your aspirations”

It is so important to spend time with and on yourself. The one person that will always be by your side is yourself. A friend that is always there, knows and understands your deepest feelings and will support you through everything sounds like a great thing to have. So why not be that friend? Find the tools to get validation from yourself.

The company you keep

Self love allows you to see your true value. When you understand your true value you will want others to treat you accordingly. You will no longer need empty validation from those that do not see you for what you are worth.

“The company you keep is a reflection of yourself. Be mindful of the company you keep. It can either change or conform to you. Do not associate with the overcrowded spaces, seek valuable empowering friendships! You are growing, and so should your company and associations.”

I hope you have achieved some insight into your personal value from these passages. Everyone deserves to have the friendship and love of their own selves.
